We enjoyed our stay at this campground. It is family owned and the owners are always working around the property to keep it nice and clean. The sites are close together and are gravel, but the area is well maintained. We would definitely stay here again. The owners were great.
The person who previously reviewed this campground in 2003 described it to a tee. The only other thing I could add is that you receive 2 TV channels, and it's intermittent. After the first week, we purchased a Dish receiver from Radio Shack. The TV issue, along with the dirt road (it rained a lot while we were here) were the only real issues. There aren't many RV parks around the area to choose from.
A place to stay temporarily if you can't find anywhere else. It's an old KOA with an older trailer park on the site as well. Would not stay here for an extended length of time. Also, the price is way to high for this type of campground.
A lovely and quiet place to stay with lots of shade. There is a stream for fishing in the park and a nice large pool in the back. The owners are nice and helpful and keep the campground well maintained. Pets are welcome. We camped here in a fifth wheel for 2 months and enjoyed it very much. FYI-They do not accept credit cards.
This is a nice campground, although it's a little difficult to find the first time you go into the fairground. There are no amenities on site and it's not paved, however, we always enjoy our stay here. The camp host is nice and helpful, and it's a great place for the pets.
Nice, clean, and quiet family-run park in the country. Sites are not paved, but well kept. The owners are nice and helpful and the office has a small supply of RV items. We were here for 3 months.
A typical California large-city type campground. Sites are extremely close together, but park is clean & well-kept. Very convenient to the ferry and San Francisco. Office staff are friendly and helpful.
Great, clean park. Management was exceptional. Sites are close together, and there is really no area for pets, but it's a safe, nice park. Usually a waiting list.
Nice, clean park. Management was accommodating. Grounds and pool were kept immaculate. On the downside, the sites were very small and close together. Also, since it's near L.A., it's always full and you are normally put on a waiting list for a site.
